People Operations Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to own and run the people function at TechFlow Solutions.
This is a hands-on role in a growing company of 85 employees. You will be responsible for the full employee
lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management, compensation, and
offboarding. You will work closely with the leadership team to build fair, transparent, and scalable people
processes.
This role is particularly important as we prepare for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will lead the
company's compliance programme, including job architecture design, salary band implementation, and pay gap
reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Design and maintain a job architecture framework with clear levels, job families, and salary bands.
- Lead the company's preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including salary range publication
and pay gap analysis.
- Run the annual compensation review cycle in partnership with Finance, ensuring internal equity and market
competitiveness.
- Manage the HRIS (currently BambooHR) and produce regular people analytics reports for the leadership
team.
- Build and maintain structured hiring processes with competency-based interview guides and standardised
scorecards.
- Handle employee relations cases in compliance with Irish employment law.
- Develop and update company policies in line with legislative changes (e.g., statutory sick leave, right to
request remote work, pay transparency).
- Support the development of a performance management framework linked to career progression and
compensation.
- Manage relationships with external providers including payroll, benefits, and recruitment agencies.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Manager role.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company environment.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) or equivalent HR qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Experience with HRIS administration and people analytics/reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with compensation processes (benchmarking, salary reviews, or pay equity
analysis).
- Experience building or improving structured hiring and interview processes.- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise managers and influence senior stakeholders.
DESIRABLE
- CIPD Level 7 (Chartered Member) or working towards it.
- Experience with EU employment regulations or multi-jurisdiction HR.
- Familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its requirements at the recruitment stage.
- Experience designing job architecture, salary bands, or grading structures.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent.
- Experience with gender pay gap reporting under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary of EUR 55,000 to EUR 70,000 depending on experience, with annual review.
